[Parker gets back to her pretty fast]

Hey. I'm doing fine. Met my assigned housemates and everything.

They're... people.

[It's not that she doesn't like them, it's that it didn't really occur to her to form an opinion on them one way or the other.]

[Skye gives the address of a place not too far from the imPort residences.]

[Skye hangs up and goes to throw on some shoes and giving herself a quick once-over in the mirror before departing. No point in looking like a slob, after all!

She gets to the coffee shop in no time at all, hovering around the entrance for a moment to see if the girl she's looking for is here yet or not.]

[The girl she's looking for is in fact suddenly speaking from right next to her because that is how she rolls. How did she get there? It's a mystery.]

[Skye sits down, and when the waitress comes over to ask if she can get them anything, she replies "Just a coffee for now, thanks. White, two sugars," and then turns back to Parker.]

[She reaches out and taps Skye on the arm, delivering a light zap with it, like a static shock.]

One of them, yeah. The best one. I could have knocked you out with it but then your coffee would have gotten cold. I'm like a taser without the taser, isn't that cool?
